We want to get some completely bespoke stationery made. Can you help?

Absolutely. I offer a bespoke stationery service for all occasions, from weddings and events, birthdays, a new baby or any bespoke commission. I will work closely with you from start to finish, discussing your idea and understanding your brief to create a piece that’s perfectly tailored for you. Once I have visualised your theme, we will figure out the personal touches and extra details that will make the design even more special; from incorporating your favourite flower, to featuring a special location, or choosing wording that’s sentimental to you. Whether you have a clear vision already, or have absolutely no idea and need some inspiration, I would love to hear from you.

How long will our bespoke stationery take to design?

Each client, and their request is always so different, that the time it takes to complete the design differs too. For wedding invitation suites it is generally best to allow at least 2-3 months from the start of the design process, so it is best to ensure we have spoken before then. My time can also be booked up in advance, so really the earlier the better. Don’t forget, it is not just the design that takes time, as everything needs to be proofed, printed and delivered to you.

Can you create a bespoke map for our wedding / birthday / special event?

Definitely, and this is such a popular service. I illustrate the key destinations of your event and then add in lots of personal extras which are special to you. Have a look at some maps I have created here

We want something special which is a little different for our invites, can you help?

Of course. A bespoke map or monogram, adding in elements which are completely personal to you and your event. I have lots of ideas to discuss with you.

We are making our own invitations / sending them digitally. Can you create some bespoke illustrations and artwork for us to use?

Sure, anything is possible! I can work through the design process with you and supply you with the required digital files to insert into your own artwork, or to send on via email.

What types of printing do you offer for invitations?

I work closely with amazing London-based printers where the options are endless and the quality is to perfection! Whether you want coloured or foiled edging to your cards, embossing, engraving, letterpress, envelope liners or just simple full colour flat printing… they do it all so beautifully!

I am not based in the UK, do you work with international clients?

Of course. FaceTime, email and all the other ways in which we can communicate makes working with abroad clients totally possible. Get in touch.

What is the process?

1. Deposit - Once we have agreed the specification and price of your invitation suite, I will send you an invoice and will need a deposit of 50% of the total amount. This will need to be settled before any work can begin on your stationery.

2. Artwork - I will also need the final wording and details from you across the whole stationery set prior to starting on the artwork. I will email over a low-res PDF or JPG once all artworks have been created. It is important to me that you absolutely love your stationery, so if you have any comments or changes feel free to discuss with me at this point. We can then edit with a total of three revisions, after which any changes made may be charged for. This process can be as quick as one working day, or up to a few weeks, depending on the changes and how complex your artwork is.

3. Sign off and payment - Once you are totally happy with the artwork we send to print! In order to do so, I will need to receive an official sign off from you via email referring to the most recent set of proofs I have emailed over alongside the remaining 50% of payment. At this point you are agreeing you are happy with the artwork exactly how it is - this includes all spelling, grammar and tiny details which once approved, I cannot be responsible for. Nothing will go to print unless your written sign off has been sent, and once approval has been made no further changes can be made.

4. Delivery - At this stage you will be advised on the lead time of print production. Once everything has been printed I hand check everything before carefully packing up your beautiful stationery ready for it to be couriered or collected.
